Consultation

Doctor will call at allocated time.

Review initial screen detail and case taking.

Design treatment schedule and prescription if eligible.

Our duty of care: your regular General Practitioner will be notified if you have been prescribed plant medicine.

Go to complete eligibility questionnaire. If you are eligible you will be redirected to book an appointment. If you are not eligible, please contact us for a discussion.

Pay for appointment.

Appointment booking includes Initial Prescreen with Clinic Doctor/Nurse.

Repeat Appointment suggested within 4-6 weeks.
